Mapmaking Project
Purpose:
To preserve knowledge of the Kajo-Keji region and its traditional clans, towns, and villages while engaging youth in hands-on cultural learning.
Outcomes:

A detailed map of Kajo-Keji County showing traditional clan boundaries.

A comprehensive list of clans, towns, and villages, preserving local knowledge.

Youth participants, together with elders, create family trees to trace their ancestry and strengthen intergenerational connections.

Embroidery Project
Purpose:
To teach traditional Kuku embroidery techniques and encourage knowledge transfer between older and younger women.
Outcomes:

Youth learn to stitch traditional patterns onto small textiles, such as tablecloths.

Older and younger women engage in conversation and mentorship, ensuring the preservation of cultural skills and stories.
